• Explore our roots by visiting the Museum of Scott County, designated as one of the ten most child-friendly destinations in Tennessee! This museum is truly one of a kind in that it is located on the grounds of Scott High School and is completely student-run!

• While you're visiting the Scott County Museum, dive into the U.S.S Tennessee Battleship Memorial Museum located just next door! After surviving the attacks at Pearl Harbor, this impressive battleship fought in more battles than any other ship in WW2!

• It's rumored that ghosts still haunt the grounds at the Historic Scott Country Jailhouse. Make sure to visit for a daylight or after-dark tour and escape room!

• Hop right on the trails here at Gap Creek Cabins and find your way down to Petros, Tennesse,e where the Historic Brushy Mountain Penitentiary, Tennessee's first maximum security prison, now serves as a museum, restaurant, distillery, and home to the paranormal!
